QoS Commands

enable diffserv examination ports

enable diffserv examination ports [<port_list> | all]

Enables the Diffserv field of an ingress IP packet to be examined in order to select a QoS profile.

Syntax Description

Usage Guidelines

The following command enables Diffserv examination on selected ports:

enable diffserv examination ports 3,5,6

port_list Specifies a list of ports or slots and ports to which the parameters apply. May

be in the form 1, 2, 3-5, 2:5, 2:6-2:8.

all Specifies that Diffserv examination should be enabled for all ports.
